The researcher extracts the narrative by section, creates a glossary for “primary care,” “coverage,” and “adjusted prevalence,” and uses OCR only for the two tables. The translated notes retain page markers. A bilingual reviewer checks outcome definitions, numbers, limitations, and all table headings.
